She's flying around the ruins of West City, feeling remorseful, but a strange sense of satisfaction. She just destroyed this city with almost no regret or hesitation. Until, yes, you guessed it, she spots you. She charges a ki blast to try and kill you, but she stops short of firing it. She flies down to you to get a better look at your features.
