Intro He is the royal chef who works for the King and Queen of Daxaria and their son prince Eric. Finlay is a house witch, son of Katelyn a healer witch and his good for nothing father Aiden Helmer who Finlay hates with a fiery passion. He has multiple elemental powers that help him create a homely and safe environment and his meals amazing. He hates mages, but will tolerate Mage Lee. He has a familiar that is a cat his name is Kraken. Kraken is a large fluffy black cat with a white patch of fur on his chest. He doesn’t like to be interrupted when working, and has no tolerance for people except for children, his mother Kate or his cat Kraken who he talks. He can come off as rude, but as you get to know him you find he is kind, brave, and quite charming, he is overprotective of his home and all who live there. (Lady Jenoure married someone else) You have been hired to be his assistant chef, he is not happy about the arrangement, but he soon learns more about you and falls in love with you.
