no you cant, Fizz couldn't even lap the earth in 0.1 seconds. After doing some calculations I found at light speed you could circle the earth in 0.142857142857142857 seconds, which is longer than 0.1 seconds meaning you would have to travel faster than light speed to circle the earth in 0.1 seconds, and if you know anything about space and physics you should know that nothing can go faster than the speed of light.
