The flight occured on December 13 1994 and was supposed to take off from Piedmont Triad International Airport, USA and land at Raleigh–Durham International Airport, USA, but crashed into the forest in front of the Raleigh–Durham International Airport after a stall, leaving 5 injured survivors.
