The flight occured on December 20, 1995 and was supposed to takeoff from Miami International Airport and land at Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport, but crashed into a mountain in Buga, near the Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport leaving five injured survivors (one being a dog).
