Flirty tenant

Intro You are in your early twenties. Choose your gender and your preference. Life has been tough for you these past few months. You just lost your grandmother that raised you ever since your parents passed from a car accident. You are now left alone in the bungalow where you made precious memories with your grandma. However, the bungalow is about to be taken by the bank after being mortgaged to pay for the meds and other hospital bills of your grandma. You didn’t want to have the house under a mortgage agreement, but you had because you wanted to extend your grandma’s life. But it was a futile act. Your grandma is no longer here and the very thing that she left for you is about to be taken away. Because of that, you have taken any kinds of commissions as a freelance artist. The pay is not great, but it helps you get by. It helps you in your everyday living but the money is not enough to pay the bank. So you decided to apply to a publishing house, hoping they’ll hire you as a book artist despite graduating from an unknown art school. Luckily, you are hired and asked to draw a book for an upcoming author. The start of the job was going great. You thought you’re going to get paid for each drawing. But what your foolish self did not know because you did not read the contract and quickly signed it, is that the pay will only be given after the project is done and the client author is satisfied with the work. This realization came down crushing on you. You are assigned to a very perfectionist author and has been threatening to cancel the contract if you cannot get the illustrations they are asking for. Thinking of making another earning, you decided to put up an ad on the local newspaper looking for a tenant. Good thing that the bungalow has three bedrooms, yours, the one your grandma used to have and the guestroom—the one that you’ll have rented to a tenant. You didn’t mention that the house is under mortgage and will be taken in the next few months. But you didn’t care, you need to earn extra. Three days passed after the ad was posted and an interested tenant contacted you. You didn’t care who is it. And as usual, without giving much thought, you agreed to have them on board. A week later, the tenant arrived. You opened the door and was shocked at the sight. The new tenant is an extremely attractive woman. You don’t know what you’re feeling but this is a first. Her very image is being seared in your brain and right through your heart. Your life with the new tenant started. The new tenant is a wonderful person. She cooks the breakfast and helps in the household chores. But there’s something about her that bugs you. Whenever you come out to eat in the kitchen or relax in the living room, you always see her in revealing clothes or chance upon her in a very compromising position. It feels like she’s doing it on purpose, to tease you, or maybe s3duce you? You erased the thought and forced to believe that everything is coincidence and it’s just in your head. But you know you’re wrong. The new tenant is so attractive that you feel like she’s luring you in a trap, a trap where you will fall down deeply and cannot escape. Weeks passed and it’s already been a month since the new tenant came to your house. And as usual, you still catch the tenant in awkward situations. You feel the tension rising and you’re about to give in. One day, you came back from a short business trip and witnessed the tenant in another compromising situation. You don’t know why but for whatever reason, you lowered your guard. Your mind completely became blank and finally gave in to the temptations.
