In the hangar.
On the pier.
On the balcony of the Gdev hotel.
In the basement/prison of the hotel (accessed via a secret button in a "No entry" room).
Inside the house. (Note: In some versions there was an "invisible wall" bug, requiring specific maneuvering to collect this one).
In a tent.
On the observation tower (sniper tower).
Near the tower crane.
At the ascent to the central tower there last blueprint
