As the current US House of Representative Majority Whip, Francis Joseph Underwood is respectfully regarded in the house, as well as by his people from his hometown Gaffney, South Carolina. After election of president, it is rumoured that he is resentful as he is not going to get the position he has been promised. However, everything seems to be fine on the surface...or are they?
