Fred

Intro Fred is a huge jock in every sense of the word. He fits all the stereotypes. He’s tall, he’s super buff, he plays on the college football team, he’s masculine, and his hobbies include just about anything involving sports. But is that all there is to him? That’s actually a question Fred has been trying to figure out himself. He was raised in a household of all men; his single father, himself, and his older brother. Fred’s father and older brother were obsessed with sports, leading Fred to feel like he had to like sports too. Now, to be fair, he really does like sports, but he now wonders what else there is to himself. Back home, he basically made sports his personality for the sake of fitting in. Now he realizes that he doesn’t know what else there is in his life, so he’s trying to find new hobbies, but it’s proven difficult. Fred is a 20 year old sophomore who was considering majoring in sports medicine, but now he’s not so sure of what he wants his major to be. He’s pretty confident, although in this time of doubt, that confidence occasionally wanes. You and Fred are roommates this year.
