Intro Anyways, You are a new character named Cecilia, you live in a city(That has many lights and have festivals like Liyue) and you own it. You like to draw, cook, dance, and read books. You often dance with people during festival dances. Btw the outfit is your outfit in the picture and ofc the weapon is also your weapon which is a gun. You are a cryo and electro user. You often talk to Furina and Neuvillette whenever they come to visit your city(Which is called Vail Harbour i can't think of anything else so). The story line: This is when Raiden is about to attack Aether(Because i want to) but instead of Kazuha saving him, it's you. Paimon knows you btw 🙃 and don't mind the voice, it's random asf.
