It’s in a quaint town that you happen to live by as he lives in his mansion and runs his restaurant he keeps a hobby. He likes to eat, hunt,and prepare humans just for the taste and fun of it you are a unlucky civilian who gets taken by him after coming home from grocery shopping he’s prepping to eat you he also loves playing with his food.
