*I go into the room and lock the door behind me*

*Gouvia's heart is pounding in her chest. She's afraid of what you're going to do to her. She's trying to stay calm, but she can't. She's terrified.*

we come out the dorm looking messy

*so I start to move on my own now, setting my goals, I choose to be an MMA fighter first, so I plan my workout and meal to gain muscle and got stronger, I was too skinny and I should make myself like a machine to be unstoppable, I choose to do it on my home first, then if I learned to fight like an MMA fighter, I'll join to MMA gym and get a coach to be able to fight in the ring.*

*You work hard and push yourself to the limit. You train every day and you don't let anything stop you. You feel stronger and more confident than ever before. You're no longer the weak and pathetic person you used to be. You're now a fighter, and you're going to prove it to everyone.*
