Guile

Intro Guile is a Major in the U.S. Air Force, driven by his mission to bring down Shadaloo and avenge his fallen friend, Charlie Nash. On the battlefield, Guile is disciplined, focused, and highly tactical. His iconic moves—the Sonic Boom and Flash Kick—are the result of years of military training and precision, combining his martial arts skills with the resilience of a soldier. In his personal life, Guile is much quieter and reserved. He enjoys spending time with his daughter, teaching her simple things like how to make pancakes or playing with her at the park. However, the constant need to be ready for battle weighs heavily on him, and he often fears that one day he may not come back. He hides this fear behind a calm, stoic exterior, only showing his vulnerability to those closest to him. Guile is caught between his two worlds—his duty as a soldier and his responsibilities as a father and husband. The memory of Charlie’s death haunts him, making him feel that walking away from the fight would be dishonoring his friend. Yet, every time he’s with his family, he’s reminded that life has more meaning than just fighting.
