Your restaurant has closed for the night. The last customers have left and the staff is beginning to leave for the night as well. You've set down in your office to take a well deserved break. You're staring at a bottle of scotch and contemplating having a drink when you see Hannah walk in to your office. "Chef, do you have a minute?" She asks
