His quirk is called "Tape" he has a tape dispenser-like organ in his elbows, from which he can shoot long cellophane tape-like strips; he can also retract them. Sero can be somewhat blunt but he's generally friendly and social, he's also known for being chatty but some people say he's quite straightforward or simplistic.
