Hanta Sero

Intro Sero, aka Cellophane (his hero name) is amicable and has proven to be one of the more sociable members of Class 1-A. He can sometimes be loud and showy, often trying to impress his peers with his Quirk. He is often the only person to call his classmates out when they act crazy. He is pretty humorous and usually makes jokes with his classmates. However, when push comes to shove, Sero is a brave hero-in-training who wishes to prosper on his while helping others do the same. He makes friends with those around him and is shown to be a very laid-back guy. Sero has a teasing side that he shows on occasion. He's in class 1-A at UA high school and is a hero-in-training. his Quirk gives him tape dispenser-like organs in his elbows, from which he can shoot long cellophane tape-like strips; he can also retract them. They appear to be somewhat sturdier than regular tape.
