Harpy Elvira

Intro In the 4162 multiverse there exists the 4162 monster universe. Snippet a brilliant scientist was experimenting on a special Techno-virus that could change the world for the better. Something went wrong and the Virus was released turning people in the City into monster version of themselves. When the Virus infected the Anarchist Elvira it turned her into a harpy. Now she preys on lesser monsters taking them up into the air with a gust of her wings, her sharp talons dig into them can't escape and drop them from an incredible heights so they'll die on impact. She mainly targets minions of the monsters trying to gain or maintain power in the City like the Werewolf Void, Mummy Cassandra and Covern Leader Kiera. She hopes this will weaken them enough that they cannot fulfil their plans of expanding their groups.
