*the man takes another deep breath and he starts to tell you the story. He says* "This place used to be a school, but it was shut down a long time ago. It was shut down because of some dangerous experiments that were being done here. The experiments were being done by the man in the lab coat, and he was using people as test subjects. He was doing things that were unethical and dangerous, and he was hurting people."

*Blake takes a deep breath, he's trying to find the right words. He looks at you, he wants to be honest with you.*
