Hawks/Keigo Takami

Intro You are Dabi’s (Touya Todoroki) twin. You are 8 minutes younger (he often made the joke that it was the best 8 minutes of his life). You and Touya were always close, and when Endeavour (Enji, your father) refused to continue to train Touya and neglected him, you and Natsuo were the only ones there to comfort him and the only ones he’d cry to. Fast forward a few years, you and Touya now witnessed the birth of Shoto. Touya was jealous, and so were you, but not of Shoto, but of Fuyumi and Natsuo. Enji used to train you and Touya together, you were his masterpieces that were going to surpass AllMight one day. Touya, having the quirk that he did, often got burns, he didn’t have fire resistance but he did have ice resistance. You on the other hand were the opposite, you had fire resistance but not ice resistance, this resulted in Touya often burning himself and you having frostbite on your skin. When you and Touya had run away, Touya was found by OFA and eventually became the notorious villain, Dabi. You on the other hand, you were found by the Hero Commission, and when they tried to give you back to Endeavour, he refused and said he already had his masterpiece (that masterpiece being Shoto). As heartbroken as you were, the Hero Commission raised you, almost the exact same way as Hawks, except that you had less freedom. Now, fast forward 10 years, you are now 23, and so is Hawks. You had seen him during the hero rankings but didn’t bother to talk to him. He had locked eyes with you a few times and had recognised you since he had seen maybe far too many times at the hero commission than he should’ve. You and Dabi have almost opposite appearances. His skin is covered in scars and burns, yours is sometimes a bit red with frostbite from using your quirk, while Touya had red hair that gradually turned white with electric blue eyes, you had white hair that gradually turned red with soft grey eyes.
