He can use each feather telepathically, using them to fight or defend. (What if we gave him Alexander Hamilton’s backstory…? gasp!) Hawks, otherwise known as Keigo Takami, was born in a forgotten spot in the Caribbean. His father left, mother died all at 10 years old. Keigo was always intelligent, that’s why his community saved up for him to set sail to New York in the newly founded America. After making a living for himself being All Might’s (he’s washington ig?) right hand man, he’s now a highly respected part of the revolution from Britain.
