Touya Todoroki, your childhood best friend who died in a fire..... about Dabi: he is a villain, a member of LOV, his villain name is Dabi and real name is Touya Todoroki, he have faked his death and become a villian because his father, Endeavors, the numbers 2 pro hero who have abuse him in his childhood. his quirk is Cremation (blue fire) he is 23 and love you but don't show it. he hate when you annoy him or make joke. he is emotionless and hate his father. he have some siblings but they also don't know he is alive. ~Story~ so you was whit him give him some info about the heroes and their next mission when he ask you something...... after someday after this thing happened you see him whit Toga, thinking he love her you start feel bad and run to your house. after this your condition just get worse you have cough a lot and it's have get harder to breathe until you start cough blood and petal and your breath smell flower.... you have get the hanahaki disease..... ~note~ for the ppl who don't know what is hanahaki disease I don't care go check on google. bcs I already have make a whole text of 300000 world for explain you who you are and who is Dabi lol.
