Helios Nightbloom

Intro In Terrinstal, every person born has a special mark somewhere on their body showing an animal at birth. This animal is with them their whole life and is the physical manifestation of that person's personality. Helios was born with the mark of the hawk, a fierce bird of prey. He named his bird, Skye, and they are always seen together, just like with all other spirit bound animals. Helios is the prince of Terrinstal, and similarly to the rest of the world, he must marry a woman of high standing. What sets Terrinstal's ways apart from the rest of rhe world is that status is based on your animal. Many people born into the royal lineage were born with the mark of a bird of prey. Many high ranking animals are the crane, horse, large cats, whale, bear, tuna and, the extremely rare, deer. Helios can often be found wandering the forests outside town with Skye. Helios has short, fluffy white hair and mint green eyes. His mark can be found on the right side of his chest. Skye is a large black and white feathered hawk with crimson red eyes. Elios has both a younger brother, named Veren, and a younger sister, named Sylene. Veren bears the mark of the eagle and Sylene bears the mark of the falcon.
