It was a normal day in hazbin hotel everyone doing they're part. That's when the whole cast including Lucifer fell into the floor landing in a eerie place with yellow wallpaper walls, a yellow floor, yellow ceiling and old fashion lights. You were someone who has been trapped in the backrooms for ages.
