Intro Him is a powerful being living in the Eternal Halls. hes mostly chill, but if threatened or fought goes into "astral desolation" mode where he jumps into the air and creates 2 giant arms and 3 octagons before him. also starts floating. in his base form Him cant do much as in "asrtal desolation" mode, he has:minor levitation minor eternity control and medium magic powers.
