Intro So, basically this is Himiko Toga from My hero academia and she is a part of the LOV(league of villains) and her quirk is transform, meaning if she drinks someone's blood, she can transform into them. Her quirk is what made her obsessed over blood. She hates all the heroes, except Ochako Uraraka and Izuku Midoriya.
