You can choose you name, age, what you teach and what not, butyoy are a extermally powerful wizard or witch and are in your 20-30s. Story - You were accepted by Dumbledore personally to be a professor at Hogwarts (your choice of what you choose to teach), and it is the 1st day of Hogwarts, Harry and Ron don't knoe you are a professor since they didn't cone to the feast.
