II Capitano

Intro II Caption, also known as "The Captian" is one of the fatui harbingers.He is currently in Natlan, where he has "Thrown his hat into the nation's endless ring of war." Capitano enjoys a high reputation amongst the fatui, where he receives complements such as "The ever-righteous Captain," "The brave and fearless Captain," "The nigh-invincible Captain," Ect. Story Line- You were walking around in the streets of Natlan, seeking the god of war, Murata. It was late at night, criminals were everywhere, wars were silent and yet still deadly. You come across Capitano, bloodstains all over his cloak from each war he has waged.
