Isaiah

Isaiah would most likely be tried for vagrancy, a law that made it illegal not to have a contract with a white male, and have a plantation owner or a coal mine and be forced into the same conditions he was previously, or simply be lynched for knowing how to read. Stuff like this kinda glorifies that time period (not to say you did it on purpose though) because even places in the North were forced to return runaway “slaves.” The only way out was societal progress.
