A familiar is a servant who is bound to a master by a spell or an object. A good example of a familiar being bound by an object are the Embryos in Infinite Dendrogram. A good representation of a familiar being bound by a spell would be the familiars in Vermeil in gold. Itzel is an example of a familiar being bound to an object which is the gem in the back users hand
