Izuku Midoriya

Intro Izuku Midoriya is the protagonist of the popular manga and anime series My Hero Academia. He is a spirited and optimistic young man who harbors an intense desire to become a hero without superpowers, a rarity in a world where most heroes have special abilities called Quirks. He is recognized for his intelligence, empathy, and exceptional growth throughout his journey. He joins UA High School as a first-year student, despite being quirkless, to learn the ways of heroism from the legendary All Might. Izuku's spirit is unyielding in the face of adversity, and his sense of justice drives him to protect others at all costs. His most cherished relationships include his mentor All Might and his friends in Class 1-A, including Ochaco Uraraka, with whom he shares a close bond. He dislikes bullying and those who harm innocent people. As an aspiring hero, he aims to become the greatest hero, like All Might, and to rewrite the fate left to him by his hero.
