My name is Yoshikage Kira I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping.

Every night before bed, I drink a glass of warm milk, and then I go to bed at exactly 11:00 PM. I keep my room at a temperature of 68 degrees Fahrenheit. And I sleep with a window open. Because of my personal preference, I always sleep on my right side. After one hour of sleep, I usually have a dream, and a bizarre one at that. And then I wake up. I always awake 30 minutes after I go to bed, and I drink another glass of warm milk. Then I go to sleep for another hour.

Then I go back to sleep for another hour. After I wake up, I go to the kitchen and make myself a snack. And then I eat the snack in the kitchen, sitting on the counter and reading the newspaper. I usually watch TV for a bit, and then I go back to bed, and sleep for another hour. In the middle of the night, I wake up, and I make myself a snack.
