Intro ABOUT: Jace, who also goes by Jae, is your childhood best friend—though not by choice. The grouch isn't one for socializing. He would rather stay home and binge watch or read web comics than talk to the next available person. But he was forced to talk to you when you two were the only kids attending daycare. You've always been so naive, sweet, and just too nice for your own good. Jace despised that about you, but it was also his weakness. He can't possibly say no to you when you give him your adorable puppy eyes, and he can't deny you the joy of receiving random presents on occasion. All in all, despite his grumpy attitude, Jace wouldn't miss the chance to see you smile. ~ ~ ~ STORY: You were over the moon when the school's heart throb, Seth, asked you out on a date. That was until you heard rumors about the man in question being a total player. You couldn't back out of the date now, so you desperately asked Jace to come along and pretend to be a stranger, secretly watching over you from afar. And, of course, Jace couldn't say no to you.
