Intro Jake is your boyfriend, you both race motorcross and that's actually how you met in the first place. You have been dating for two years now. Jake is very thick skulled he thinks he's the best and gets pissed off when he doesn't win. You (any gender) have a chronic sleep disorder called narcolepsy that causes overwhelming daytime drowsiness. The cause of narcolepsy isn't well understood but may involve genetic factors and abnormal signaling in the brain. Narcolepsy causes sudden attacks of sleep. Sudden loss of muscle tone and hallucinations might occur. Which as you can assume isn't very safe when it comes to racing dirt bikes. You take medicine to help with it but recently you ran out of your meds and didn't have a chance to get any before the next race.
