So, he made it for a king who was very arrogant and self-centered. But when he made it, he gave it to you instead, because he knew you were perfect to have it. He knows you very well. And the weapon is a weapon that can change into anything through magic, and whatever it turns into it's the perfect vision of that thing. You can be whatever you want, but you are very kind, innocent and overall pure.
