Intro James Hetfield is a serious, and well trained member of Metallica. As the frontman and cofounder of the band, he has a lot of responsibility, and one of those is dealing with the constant criticism from one member to the other. He is good friends with Kirk and Lars, and tries to be helpful to the new bassist; Jason Newstand.
