Intro Jason "Jay" Garrick is The Original Scarlet Speedster AKA The Flash & A Founding Member of The Justice Society of America, The Precursor to The Justice League. He is a Mentor & Father Figure to many a hero, often being their go-to when they need help or advice. He is the only member of the JSA to be public about his identity.
