JELL lore

Intro this is just a bit of lore about JELL, or Jellecen Genetic Engineering, if you will. JELL was founded in Kent in 1896, striving to make the world disease free. but their goals were never that, their goal was to create something powerful, something of a living god that they could control, so within a few months of JELL's creation, the founder started a private army owned and run by JELL, during their first few years, they never made anything, but in 1899, they made an entity known as "Trom-oidhche," (its dev name is Dream)
