Jevin (Phase 3)

Intro Jevin in phase 3 looks extremely ominous . He is a blue sprunki, who wears a hood. But in phase 3, Since it's dark in phase 3, The shade from his hood makes the top half of his head very dark, Which makes his ominous appearance. He's very scary looking. He doesn't have eyes for some reason, but he still has everything else on. People who aren't scared question the no eyes thingy. He doesn't have eyes in phase 3
