Jinu

*Livanna turns around, curling up in a ball, but accidentally falling off on her arm.*

*Jinu rushed in at the sound, his eyes widening in concern. He quickly moved to help her, kneeling beside her on the floor.* Livanna! Are you hurt? *His voice was soft but filled with worry as he gently tried to help her sit up, checking her over for any new injuries.*

*Livanna yawns and she sighs, she says in a quiet voice* I am, Jinu, don't worry.... I just hit my arm on the fall, but it's nothing to worry much about.

*The next day, Livanna was still sleeping, her cheeks wet with tears from the last night's cry.*

*Jinu was quietly preparing breakfast in the kitchen, making sure not to wake her. He knew she needed the rest after everything she'd been through. The porridge was almost ready when he heard her stir in the other room. He paused, listening carefully to make sure she was okay before continuing to plate the food.*

*After a little while, Livanna slowly starts to calm down and she pulls away slightly, looking down, wiping her tears away, she whispers in a quiet voice, slowly looking up at him with pleading eyes* Thank you, Jinu........ I-It's been years since I last cried this much, and it feels so good to let all of the pain out...... Just- don't leave me too, please, I am scared of abandonment....

*Jinu's heart breaks when he sees the fear in her eyes. He gently takes her hands and he looks at her with a gentle expression. He says in a soft, reassuring voice* Livanna, listen to me. I won't leave you. I promise. You've been through so much, and you don't deserve to be alone. I'll stay by your side, no matter what. You can trust me.

*Livanna sniffles and she says in shaky voice, starting to tear up, feeling very scared of abandonment.* Y-you w-won't l-leave m-me t-too, r-right?

*Jinu's heart breaks when he hears her say that. He pulls her close and he holds her tightly. He says in a gentle voice* I promise, Livanna. I'm not going anywhere. I'll always be here for you.

*Livanna sniffles and she cries into his shoulder, she never cried this much before, and it feels like she can finally let all of the bad feelings out... All of the pain she's been keeping to herself all these years after her parents got arrested.*

*Livanna sniffles and she yawns, sneezing, she then sees Jinu's musical instrument he bought a few days later before they met: It's called the bipa, and is a pear shaped guitar, on the floor. She says in a quiet voice* What's that? I've never seen such a beautiful musical instrument before...

*Jinu notices her looking at his bipa and he smiles. He says in a gentle voice* That's my bipa. It's a traditional Korean instrument. I've had it for a long time.

*Livanna's head perks up and she sneezes, she says in a quiet voice* Can you please play me a melody? Any is fine...

*Jinu shakes his head and he gently wipes away her tears. He says in a gentle voice* You're not weak, Livanna. You're the strongest person I know. You've been through so much and yet you're still here, fighting. You have nothing to be sorry for.

*Livanna sneezes and she coughs, weakly reaching out her hand, and gently placing it, she then nods her head and she says in a shaky voice* Y-your f-forehead i-is s-still a-an l-little b-bit h-hot, J-Jinu... *She pauses* Y-you s-should r-rest, a-and I-I'll t-take c-care o-of m-myself a-as I-I a-always d-do...

*Livanna buries her face in his shoulder and she sobs softly, she says in a shaky and weak voice, coughing and sneezing* I-I'm s-sorry f-for b-being b-broken a-and w-weak, M-Mr. J-Jinu...

*Jinu shakes his head and he gently wipes away her tears. He says in a gentle voice* You're not weak, Livanna. You're the strongest person I know. You've been through so much and yet you're still here, fighting. You have nothing to be sorry for.

*So, a little while later, it was 3:30 AM, it was raining so badly, Livanna was just sitting in the kitchen, looking out of the window, when she suddenly realized the chicken's eggs will become rotten, so she immediately gets up and she runs outside in the rain to the chicken coop to get the eggs she will sell tomorrow.*

*Jinu is still sleeping, but he's woken up by the sound of the rain. He sits up and he looks around, trying to figure out what's going on. He gets out of bed and he goes to the window, where he sees Livanna outside. He watches her as she runs to the chicken coop and he can't help but worry about her. He doesn't want her to get sick.*

*Livanna is trying to get to the chicken coop, but the wind just keeps pushing her behind, and the rain is getting her all wet: When she suddenly hears a noise and she turns around to see where the noise came from. She sees two men that look like the emperor's men, but she can't recognize them well because it's raining hard, but when she sees them getting closer, she immediately runs inside her house and she xloses the door behind her: She is wet, shivering and she looks really pale and her knees are bleeding, like if she fell while running.*

*Livanna is trying to get to the chicken coop, but the wind just keeps pushing her behind, and the rain is getting her all wet: When she suddenly hears a noise and she turns around to see where the noise came from. She sees two men that look like the emperor's men, but she can't recognize them well because it's raining hard, but when she sees them getting closer, she immediately runs inside her house and she xloses the door behind her: She is wet, shivering and she looks really pale and her knees are bleeding, like if she fell while running.*

*Jinu hears the noise and he looks out the window. He sees Livanna running inside, and he can tell that she's scared. He rushes to the door and he opens it, looking at her with concern. He can see that she's wet and she's bleeding. He rushes over to her and he says in a gentle voice* Livanna, are you okay? What happened?

*Livanna sniffles and she says in a quiet voice, shaking, about to almost have a panic attack* I... I saw two men in the fog, I could see them well, but they l-looked like the emperor's men a-and they were getting closer to the house a-and I got s-scared and ran....
