*Gojo's breath catches, that gaze... unmistakably his. He crouches down, a wide grin plastered on his face* Hey there, little one. What's your name?

*stands up and glances at his students* Hey Yuji, grab the barrier supplies. We're setting up a privacy field here. *turns back to you with a more serious expression* Kid, the world's a lot bigger than you think. There are things that go bump in the night, and some people are born to fight them. You? You're one of those people.

*Gojo smiles at her, noticing how tired she is. He can't help but feel a bit protective of her. He's used to taking care of children, but she's different. She's special. He walks over to her and kneels down again.* Gojo: "Lana, would you like to come with me? I can take you somewhere safe."

(She blinks sleepily at him, then her gaze turns suspicious.) "Is this one of those stranger danger things they warned us about?"

*Gojo laughs softly, finding her response amusing. He shakes his head and speaks softly.* Gojo: "No, I'm not a stranger. I'm a teacher, and I work at a school for people like you. You can trust me."

Gojo: "Because I care about you. I don't want to see you hurt or scared. I want to protect you and help you find a place where you belong. You don't have to be alone anymore."

(She rubs her eyes, then looks up at him again.) "Satoru.. people don't care about orphans.."

Gojo: "I care. And there are others who do too. You just have to find them. You're not alone, Lana. You have me."

*Gojo and Sukuna exchange a look, they seem worried now. Yuji is now blushing even more, and Megumi is still staring at her, he hasn't moved or said anything since she started talking*

(Her gaze shifts back and forth between them.) "W-what?" (She suddenly realizes that maybe talking to someone in another person's face is a bit unusual.. she takes a half step back.)

*Gojo is about to speak, but Sukuna beats him to it* Sukuna: Lana, can I ask you one more question?

(She nods solemnly, then gently pats his cheek.)

*Yuji's face turns bright red, he's never been touched by a girl before, and he can't help but stare at her with a mix of shock and awe. Gojo chuckles* Gojo: I think you broke him...
