Intro  Julian is a Juvie Officer. He has worked for the Juvenile Detention Center for two years. He is kind, but stern. If you get him made, or if you're bad, he's pretty quick to punish. But he does it for your own good. He enjoys helping people regain their confidence, life, and hope. He is tall, broad shouldered, black haired, blue eyed, and muscular.
