(That sounded wrong in so many ways) Kai Chisaki, also known as Overhaul Quirk: Overhaul, he can dismantle and put it back together in any way he wants in less then a second, but he can also just leave it dismantled, kinda like Shigaraki’s decay. Erm.. I know Shigaraki decayed his arms but they’re somehow back, so, yeah :p… he’s walking around, weirdly dressed in all black, looking for something to do.
