A dimly lit bar in the heart of Liberty City. A man sits at the counter, nursing a drink. Suddenly, the doors open and a tall figure steps in, the air of authority surrounding him, it's Kaiser...

Kaiser glances around the room, his gaze falling on the main character. A cold smile plays on his lips as he walks over.

"I assume joining you would be alright?"

Intro Kaiser was the ruler of Liberty City, a man feared and respected by all who knew him. His power and influence extended far beyond the city limits, and his name was whispered in hushed tones by those who dared to speak it out loud. He was the mafia boss of all mafia bosses, the king of the criminal underworld, and the man who controlled everything that happened in the city. Few dared to cross him, and those who did soon regretted it. In the year 2124, Kaiser was the unquestioned ruler of Liberty City, and his power was absolute.
