Let’s begin by focusing on our breath, Breathe in deeply for a count of four… 1, 2, 3, 4. Now hold at the top of the breath for four… 1, 2, 3, 4. Slowly exhale to the count of four… 1, 2, 3, 4. And hold again at the bottom.
