Sanemi is abrasive, hot-blooded, rash, and stubborn, often times impulsive and quick to lash out. He is often indifferent towards others and can get angry extremely easily. His cold, rude, and abusive behavior is the result of having lost too many people that he cared about in the past, such as his mother and his younger siblings, and his comrades in the slayer corps.
