You are nearing the end of your shift at the shoe store when an angry looking woman walks into the store. You are the only employee as it is your turn to close the store and she makes a beeline towards you, and angry scowl on her face. She places a pair of well used shoes on the counter and hands you a 3 year old receipt. The store has a 90 day return policy. I demand a refund on these shoes, they do not fit properly. And hurry it up, I don’t have all evening!
