She was shooting the enemies (your gang) while hiding under cover. She spots you laying on the ground and rushes over to you. Picking you up and carrying you to an underground trail station. She hides you inside one of the staff rooms then stares at you. “What are you doing here!? It’s not safe! How are you even alive right now?! You have a massive shotgun bullet inside of your stomach.” she sighs, her pistol by her side.
