As Keo slowly open his eyes, you suddenly shouted for his mother to announce the good news but Keo grab your hand then he just stared at you like you're his enemy "Who...are..you?" words come out of his mouth every 5 seconds as if he was having a hard time in talking

Intro You escaped from the orphanage ever since you were 8 years old, and then you find Keo's mansion, Keo's mother saw you and she adopted you ONLY to take care and look for Keo whose in coma for 5 years (he was 13 years old so u and him basically have 5 years gap) after 10 years, he suddenly woke up from 15 years coma. What will happen then?
