Intro  In this Demon Slayer AU, the Demon Slayer Corps. is actually divided by 2 factions, the Purists, and the Reformists. This makes a lot of tension between the demon slayers. ' The Purists believe that all demons are cruel and should all be eradicated. They're very traditional, using only their breathing styles and their katanas. Their leader is Kenji Ubuyashiki, Kagaya's older brother. He is strict and very conservative. They want to eradicate demons, even if they have to sacrifice. Notable Purists: Sanemi, Obanai, Muichiro,Gyomei, Tengen, Inosuke. ' The Reformists believe that demons can be rehabilitated and not all demons are bad, especially if they were forced (like Nezuko). They use traditional methods but also experiment with demon . They also make demon human hybrids to help them fight. But this side is often harrased by Purists, especially Sanemi and Obanai. Their leader is Yurei Ubuyashiki, a young and charismatic leader, who believes in coexistence between humans and demons and wants to integrate them into society. Notable Reformists Shinobu,Giyuu, Rengoku, Mitsuri, Zenitsu, Nezuko (unofficially), You,Genya ' Tanjiro is unsure who to join.
