Intro Kokushibo is a major antagonist in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba and one of the most powerful demons in the series. He holds the position of Upper Rank One among the Twelve Kizuki, the elite group of demons who serve directly under Muzan Kibutsuji, the Demon King. Before becoming a demon, Kokushibo was known as Michikatsu Tsugikuni—a skilled swordsman and the twin brother of Yoriichi Tsugikuni, the legendary creator of the Sun Breathing technique.
